Paresh began his property development journey in 2008, in the middle of the financial crash. After being made redundant from his job at an architecture firm, he could have waited for the market to recover and looked for another role. Instead, he jumped straight into his first property flip.

It was a bold move at one of the most uncertain times to enter the market. But that first project showed him how to spot potential, add value and make a development work commercially. From there, he progressed from London townhouses to larger residential schemes, building development projects with a Gross Development Value of more than £70 million.
