The Mastermind is intentionally limited to a small number of attendees, maximum 6-10 people depending on venue. This allows time for questions, discussion and more focused interaction with Paresh and the guest experts.

Some commercially sensitive information may be adapted or anonymised, but the focus will remain on the figures and decisions that shape a viable development.

The Mastermind is not a private deal-assessment or consultancy service. However, there will be opportunities to discuss deals, ask questions and apply the principles covered during the day.

There is no single figure. The amount required depends on the project, purchase structure, finance available, professional fees, construction costs and contingency needed.
The Mastermind will explain how developers approach funding and assess whether a potential project is realistic, but it does not provide finance or guarantee that funding will be available.
