After being made redundant from his job at an architecture firm while studying, he could have waited for the market to recover and looked for another role. Instead, he jumped straight into his first property flip.

From there, he progressed from London townhouses to larger residential schemes, building a development portfolio with a Gross Development Value of more than £70 million.
